It was decided that the oral torah would be written down so it would not be forgotten. Then a rabbi yehuda itnasi and a group of sages made the Mishnah is a written outline of the oral torah.

Yom Kippur-It is celebrated to represent what Hashem told moses. It is celebrated on the 7th day of the tenth month.
Hanukkah-It is celebrated by reciteing from the torah.It is celbrated on the 25th day of Kislev. It is celebrated to commemorate the victory of Juddah Maccabee's Jewish army's.
Sukkot-It is celebrated by building a sukkan. Then eating in the sakkan. Then you wave the lulav and etrog in it. It is celebrated four days after Yom Kippur. It is celebrated because of the makeing of the new world.

Tefillian-Are used for prayer and to open the mind and the heart.

Menorah-It represents the burning of the bush that moses saw on mount Horeb.
